Restoring custom paper profiles backed up with [Back Up Custom Paper Settings]

CAUTION

  • Keep SD cards out of reach of children. If a child accidentally swallows an SD card, consult a doctor immediately.

1Cancel all custom paper profiles allocated to paper trays.

2Display the initial settings screen.

  • When using the standard operation panel

    1. Press the [User Tools] key.

  • When using the Smart Operation Panel

    1. Press [Home] (Operation panel screen illustration) at the bottom of the screen in the center.

    2. Press the [User Tools] icon (Operation panel screen illustration) on the [Home] screen.

    3. Press [Machine Features].

3Press [Adjustment Settings for Operators].

4Press [Machine: Maintenance].

5Press [Back Up / Restore Custom Paper Data].

6Insert the SD card containing the backup custom paper profiles into the media slot on the side of the control panel.

7Press [Restore Custom Paper Settings].

8Press [OK].

9Press [Exit].

Note

  • All custom paper profiles registered in the machine are overwritten during the data restoration.

  • The backup data is restored under the registration number allocated at the time of the back-up.
