紙張尺寸超出文件伺服器的容量。

將您要傳送之檔案的紙張尺寸，縮小為文件伺服器可儲存的尺寸。可傳送自訂尺寸檔案，不過之後將無法儲存。

“Document Server is not available to use. Cannot store. ”

您無法使用文件伺服器功能。

儲存檔案後，硬碟就滿了。

刪除儲存於文件伺服器中的部份檔案，或減少您要傳送的檔案大小。

“Exceeded max number of files of document server. Cannot store. ”

已超出文件伺服器的檔案容量上限。

刪除儲存在文件伺服器的部份檔案。

“Exceeded max. number of files. (Auto)”

使用錯誤工作儲存功能將一般列印工作儲存為保留列印檔案時，超過了檔案儲存或保留列印檔案管理（自動）的檔案容量上限。

刪除保留列印檔案（自動）或機器上所儲存不需要的檔案。

“Exceeded max number of pages of document server. Cannot store. ”

超過了文件伺服器的頁面容量上限。

刪除儲存在文件伺服器中的部份檔案，或減少您要傳送的頁數。

“Exceeded max. number of pages. (Auto)”

使用錯誤工作儲存功能將一般列印工作儲存為保留列印檔案時，超過頁數上限。

刪除機器上所儲存不需要的檔案。

減少要列印的頁數。

“Job cancelled because capture file could not be stored: Exceeded max. memory. ”
