By resetting users' eco-friendly counter, all users' eco-friendly counters are reset.
Log in as the machine administrator from the control panel.
Press [System Settings].
Press [Administrator Tools].
Press [Display / Clear Eco-friendly Counter per User].
Press [Clear Current Value] or [Clear Crnt. & Prev. Val.].
Press [OK].
Log out.
