    Non-coated paper:

    Approx. 5.0 ± 1.5 mm (0.2 ± 0.06 inches) for paper weight 52.3 g/m2–100.9 g/m2

    Approx. 4.0 + 1.8 mm/- 1.2 mm (0.16 + 0.07/- 0.05 inches) for paper weight 101 g/m2–300 g/m2

    Coated paper:

    Approx. 5.0 ± 1.5 mm (0.2 ± 0.06 inches) for paper weight 66 g/m2–127.4 g/m2

    Approx. 4.0 + 1.8 mm/- 1.2 mm (0.16 + 0.07/- 0.05 inches) for paper weight 127.5 g/m2–300 g/m2

  4. Trailing edge

    Non-coated paper:

    Approx. 5.0 ± 2.0 mm (0.2 ± 0.08 inches) for paper weight 52.3 g/m2–127.4 g/m2

    Approx. 4.0 + 2.0 mm (0.16 ± 0.08 inches) for paper weight 127.5 g/m2–300 g/m2

    Coated paper:

    Approx. 5.5 ± 2.0 mm (0.22 ± 0.06 inches) for paper weight 66 g/m2–80.9 g/m2

    Approx. 5.0 ± 2.0 mm (0.2 ± 0.08 inches) for paper weight 81 g/m2–216 g/m2

    Approx. 4.0 ± 2.0 mm (0.16 ± 0.08 inches) for paper weight 216.1 g/m2–300 g/m2

  5. Right edge

Note

  • The print area may vary depending on the paper size, printer language, and printer driver settings.

  • Depending on the printer driver settings, you may be able to print outside the recommended print area. However, the actual output may not come out as desired, or a paper feed problem may occur.

  • You can remove trailing, top, or bottom margins when printing the document. For details, see System.
