Adding shortcuts to programs to the [Home] screen

You can add shortcuts to programs registered to Standard Applications, Quick Applications or Classic Applications.

Standard Applications/Quick Applications

1Display the function screen to which you want to register a program.

2Press [Menu] (Operation panel screen illustration) at the bottom of the screen in the center and select [Reg. Current Setting to Program].

3Press the program number you want to register.

4Press [Program].

5Enter the program name.

6Select the icon for the program.

7Press [OK].

8Press [Place].

Even if you select [Do not Place], you can add shortcuts to the program to the [Home] screen after the program registration is complete.

9Press [Exit].

10Drag the icon to where you want to place it on the screen.

Classic Applications

1Display the function screen to which you want to register a program.

2Press [Recall/Program/Change Program] on the bottom left of the screen.

3Register a program.

4Press [Home] (Operation panel screen illustration) at the bottom of the screen in the center.

5Press Operation panel screen illustration.

6Press the [Program] tab.

7To display a program registered to the [Copier (Classic)], [Fax (Classic)], or [Scanner (Classic)] function, hold down the [Classic Applications] icon.

8Select the program you want to add from the list.

The image of where the shortcut is to be placed on the [Home] screen is displayed.

Note
