You must first register the forwarding destination in the Address Book. For details, see "Registering Addresses and Users", Connecting the Machine/ System Settings.
To register two or more end receivers, use group destination. For the maximum number of destinations you can register in a group, see Maximum Values.
Press [Forwarding].
Select [On] or [Off].
If there is an end receiver already programmed, a receiver name is shown. If you want to change the receiver, press [Receiver] and proceed to Step 3.
If you select [Off], proceed to Step 6.
Specify an end receiver using the destination list, and then press [OK].
Press [Fax], [Internet Fax], [Email], or [Folder] to switch the transmission type.
You can also specify a Cloud Fax destination displayed in the [Fax] tab.
When you specify an Internet Fax or e-mail destination as a forwarding destination, configure the settings in [Security] as necessary.
To encrypt e-mails, press [Encryption].
To attach a signature to an e-mail, press [Signature].
After configuring the settings, press [OK].
To print a Forwarding Mark on the forwarded document, make sure that [Print Forwarding Mark] is selected.
Press [OK].
When you want to change the end receivers depending on the senders, specify the end receivers by the senders, at [Program Special Sender]. For details about how to program special sender, see Special Senders to Treat Differently.

When the destination specified as a routing destination is updated using the central address book management function, the spooled documents are routed to the following destinations:
When the destination is specified as a fax, IP-Fax, Internet Fax, e-mail, or Cloud Fax destination, the documents are routed to the destination before updating.
When the destination is specified as a folder destination, the documents are routed to the destination after updating.
