Press the [Menu] key, and then select setting items using the [

Log in as the machine administrator from the printer's control panel.
Select [Security Options] 
Press [OK]
Select [Auto Erase Memory Setting] Press [OK]
Select [Off] Press [OK]
Press [Menu] twice.
Log out.
Log in as the machine administrator from the control panel.
Display the “Auto Erase Memory Setting” screen.
[System Settings] |
Disable Auto Erase Memory Setting.
[Off] |
Log out.
