Specifying the Default Maximum Use Count

This function is available for SP C342DN only.

1Log in as the user administrator from the control panel.

2Specify the default value for the maximum available print volume.

[System Settings] [Administrator Tools] [Print Volum. Use Limit.: Default Limit Value] Use the number keys to enter a value between 0 and 999,999 as the maximum available print volume [OK]

[Print Volum. Use Limit.: Default Limit Value] does not appear if you have selected [Allow Continue Use] in “Machine action when limit is reached”.

3Log out.
