Specifying Limitations for Print Volume

1Log in as the machine administrator from Web Image Monitor.

2Point to [Device Management], and then click [Configuration].

3Click [Print Volume Use Limitation] under "Device Settings".

4Select [Stop Job] or [Finish Job and Limit] in the "Machine Action When Limit is Reached" list.

If you do not want to limit print volume, select [Allow Continue Use].

5For each print condition, enter a per-page unit count between "0" and "200" in [Print Volume Use Limitation: Unit Count Setting].

If you specify "0" for a print condition, no volume restriction is applied to jobs matching that condition.

6Click [OK].

7Log out.

1Log in as the machine administrator from the control panel.

2Specify the printer behavior when printing limit is reached.

[System Settings] [Administrator Tools] [Machine action when limit is reached] [Stop Job] or [Finish Job and Limit] [OK]

If you do not want to limit print volume, select [Allow Continue Use].

3Enter a per-page unit count.

[Print Volume Use Limitation: Unit Count Setting] Select print condition Use the number keys to enter a per-page unit count between "0" and "200" [OK] [OK]

If you specify "0" for a print condition, no volume restriction is applied to jobs matching that condition.

4Log out.
