When S/MIME Cannot Be Used

Problem	Cause	Solution
If several destinations are selected for a broadcasting sequence, data is sent over twice.	Encrypted e-mails are sent to the destinations for which S/MIME authentication is set, and plain text e-mails are sent to the destinations for which S/MIME authentication is not set.	Make sure S/MIME-authentication destinations are separated from plain text destinations. To encrypt e-mails, a user certificate must be installed in Address Book. For details about destination settings, see "Configuring S/MIME", Security Guide.
To put a signature on an e-mail using S/MIME, an e-mail address for "Sender" is not set for "From".	When S/MIME is applied, the administrator appears in the "From" field, and the sender appears in the "Reply-to" field.	For details about applying S/MIME, see "Configuring S/MIME", Security Guide.
