Disabling the Document Server Function

You can disable the Document Server function. Disabling this function makes it impossible to store files or access those previously stored in Document Server.

1Log in as the machine administrator from the control panel.

2Press [System Settings].

3Press [Administrator Tools].

4Press [Down arrow keyNext] 5 times.

5Press [Document Server Function].

6Press [Off].

7Press [OK].

8Press [Exit].

9Press [Restart].

The machine restarts.

Note

  • Even if you set [Document Server Function] to [Off], previously stored files will remain.
