To prevent broadcast errors, you can configure the machine to force the user to press [Add] before adding another destination.
If you want to enable this function, turn on the User Parameter (switch 17, bit 2) in the [Initial Settings] tab in the Fax Features menu. See Parameter Settings.
While this function is being used, a message to press [Add] will appear in the following cases. Press [Add] before adding another destination if:
You try to add another destination with the destination key before pressing [Add].
You press [Reg. No.] or [Recent] before pressing [Add] when one or more destinations have already been specified.
Also, if you try to add another destination in the [Search Destination] screen, a confirmation message appears. Press [Yes] to add another destination.
