Clearing the Number of Counters for All Users

1Press [Home] (Operation panel screen illustration) at the bottom of the screen in the center.

2Flick the screen to the left, and then press the [User Tools] (Operation panel screen illustration) icon.

3Press [Machine Features].

4Press [System Settings].

5Press [Administrator Tools].

6Press [Display / Clear / Print Counter per User].

7Press [Clear] under "All Users".

8Select the function usage you want to clear from [Copier], [Printer], [Fax Prints], [Fax Transmission], [Scanner], [Print Volume Use], and [All Counters].

9Press [OK].

10Press [Exit].

11Press [User Tools] (Operation panel screen illustration) on the top right of the screen.

12Press [Home] (Operation panel screen illustration) at the bottom of the screen in the center.
