Cleaning the Exposure Glass and Scanning Glass

Important

  • Region A icon(mainly Europe)
    Do not close the ADF while hard objects are placed on the scanning glass. Doing so may damage the machine.

  • Region A icon(mainly Asia)
    Do not close the ADF or exposure glass cover while hard objects are placed on the scanning glass. Doing so may damage the machine.

  • Region B icon(mainly North America)
    Do not close the ADF while hard objects are placed on the scanning glass. Doing so may damage the machine.

1Wipe the scanning glass and the exposure glass.
