Specify the orientation that you want to set priority on when "Auto 2: Long Edge and Short Edge", "Auto 2 + Red/Enlg Ratio: Paper Size" or "Org Sz Dtrmnd + R/E Ratio: Cor Valu" is selected in "43. Method to Auto Select Paper Input".
