Use this function to print dates on your copies.

Important

  • You cannot use the paper bypass location with this function.

Date stamp formats

You can select from the following styles:

  • MM/DD/YYYY

  • MM.DD.YYYY

  • DD/MM/YYYY

  • DD.MM.YYYY

  • YYYY.MM.DD

1Press [Edit / Color].

2Press [Stamp].

3Press [Date Stamp].

4Press [Change Format].

5Select the date format, and then press [OK].

6Press [Change].

7Select the stamp position, and then press [OK].

8Press [All Pages] or [1st Page Only] to select the print page.

9Press [Stamp Color].

10Select the stamp color, and then press [OK].

11Press [OK] twice.

Note

  • When Date Stamp is used with the Combine function, the date stamp is printed as follows:
