Display the [Copier], [Document Server], [Fax], or [Scanner] screen.
Press [Recall/Program/Change Program] on the bottom left of the screen.
Press [Change Name].
Press the program number you want to change.
Press [Change].
If you selected [Document Server] in Step 1, proceed to Step 6.
Enter the program name.
Press [OK].
Press [Exit].
Quick application
Display the [Quick Copy], [Quick Fax], or [Quick Scanner] screen.
Press [Menu] (
) at the bottom of the screen in the center.
Press [Manage/Edit Program].
Press the program number you want to change.
Press [Edit].
Enter the program name.
Select the icon for the program.
Press [OK].
Press [Previous Scr.].
Press [Exit].
