In [Advanced Settings] for the custom paper, set 092: [Fusing Nip Width Setting] to "3".

Procedure 2: Increase the fusing heat roller temperature
In [Advanced Settings] for the custom paper, adjust the fusing heat roller temperature.

Increase the value in 088: [Fusing Heat Roller Temp. Adjust.: FC] by 5 degrees.
<Printing in black and white>
Increase the value in 089: [Fusing Heat Roller Temp. Adjust.: B&W] by 5 degrees.
Print the image. Has the problem been resolved?

Increase the value by 5 degrees in 088: [Fusing Heat Roller Temp. Adjust.: FC] or 089: [Fusing Heat Roller Temp. Adjust.: B&W]. If the problem persists even though you have increased the value by 185 degrees, contact your service representative. |
