Only the file administrator can unlock files.
If you specify [On] for "Enhance File Protection", the file will be locked and become inaccessible if an invalid password is entered ten times. This section explains how to unlock files.
"Enhance File Protection" is one of the extended security functions. For details about this and other extended security functions, see Specifying the Extended Security Functions.
Press the [Menu] key, and then select setting items using the [
] or [
] key.
Log in as the file administrator from the printer's control panel.
Press the [Menu] key to close the printer settings menu.
Select [Prt.Jobs] 
Select [Locked Print Jobs] or [Stored Print Jobs]
Select [Job List] Select the file. Select [Change]
The 
icon appears next to a file locked by the Enhance File Protection function.
Select [Unlock Files] Press [OK]
Select [Unlock].
The icon disappears.
Press [Menu].
Log out.
