To use "On-Demand E-mail Notification", you need to send a request e-mail with a particular format to the printer.
Using your e-mail software, enter the following:

Specify a valid e-mail address. The device information will be sent to the address specified here. |
The e-mail message must be within 1 MB.
The subject is not case sensitive.
It is not necessary to enter the body text in the request e-mail.
An e-mail transmission may not be complete if an e-mail is sent immediately after the printer is turned on.
