2In the [Machine: Maintenance] group on the [Adjustment Settings for Skilled Operators] menu, execute 0502: [Execute Process Initial Setting].

3Print the image. Has the problem been resolved?

Yes

Execute 0515: [Execute Developer Refreshing].

4Print the image. Has the problem been resolved?

Yes

Finished!

No

Go to the next step.

5Check 0510: [Temperature / Humidity outside the Machine]. Is the temperature 27°C or higher? Is the humidity 80% or higher?

Yes

Go to the next step.

No

Contact your service representative.

6In the [Machine: Image Quality] group on the [Adjustment Settings for Skilled Operators] menu, set the value for all items to "1" in 0209: [Adjust PCU Potential].

7Print the image. Has the problem been resolved?

Yes

Finished!

No

Repeat Steps 6 to 7. If the problem persists even though you have set to 5, contact your service representative.
