When using thick paper, register the paper in the custom paper profile.
In [Advanced Settings] for the custom paper you are using, set 049: [Textured Paper Mode] to [On].
In the [Machine: Maintenance] group on the [Adjustment Settings for Skilled Operators] menu, execute 0502: [Execute Process Initial Setting].
Print the image. Has the problem been resolved?
