1In the [Machine: Maintenance] group on the [Adjustment Settings for Skilled Operators], check 0510: [Temperature / Humidity outside the Machine]. Is the temperature 10°C or higher? Is the humidity 15% or higher?

Yes

Go to the next step.

No

Skip to Step 5.

2When using thick paper, register the paper in the custom paper profile.

3In [Advanced Settings] for the custom paper you are using, set 049: [Textured Paper Mode] to [On].

4In the [Machine: Maintenance] group on the [Adjustment Settings for Skilled Operators] menu, execute 0502: [Execute Process Initial Setting].

5Print the image. Has the problem been resolved?

Yes

In the [Machine: Maintenance] group on the [Adjustment Settings for Skilled Operators] menu, execute 0515: [Execute Developer Refreshing].

6If the problem persists, contact your service representative.
