Changing an NCP Registered Folder

1Press the [Home] key on the bottom left of the control panel, and press the [Address Book Management] icon on the [Home] screen.

If the [Address Book Management] icon does not appear, press the Menu screen icon at the upper right corner of the screen to switch to the [Home] screen.

2Check that [Program / Change] is selected.

3Select the user of the registered folder you want to change.

Press the name key, or enter the registered number using the number keys.

You can search by the registered name, user code, folder name, or e-mail address.

4Press [Folder].

5Select "Connection Type".

If you want to specify a folder in an NDS tree, press [NDS]. If you want to specify a folder on a NetWare server, press [Bindery].

6Press [Change] or [Browse Network], and then specify the folder.

To specify a folder, you can either enter the path manually or locate the folder by browsing the network.

7Press [Connection Test] to check the path is set correctly.

8Press [Exit].

9Press [OK].

10Press the [User Tools] key.
