This section explains how to specify a destination from the address book.
To use this function, it is necessary to first register the destinations in [Address Book Management]. For details, see "Registering Addresses and Users for Facsimile/Scanner Functions", Connecting the Machine/System Settings.
You can use the following methods to search destinations in the address book:
Searching a destination by the name
Searching a destination in the list
Searching a destination by the registration number
Searching a destination by the e-mail address or folder path
