Job Timeout

You can specify how long the printer waits (in seconds) before canceling the current job when the job is interrupted while being processed.

Default: [Use Driver/Command]

  • Use Driver/Command

  • Use Machine Setting(s)

If you select [Use Machine Setting(s)], enter a value between 0 and 999.

Default: "0"

When set to "0", the current job will not be canceled when interrupted.

Wait Timeout

You can specify how long the printer waits (in seconds) before it cancels receiving the job when the printer cannot detect the end of the job.

Default: [Use Driver/Command]

  • Use Machine Setting(s)

If you select [Use Machine Setting(s)], enter a value between 0 and 999.

Default: "300"

When set to "0", the print job will not be canceled when the end of the job cannot be detected.

Duplex

You can specify whether or not to print on both sides of a sheet. If you specify duplex printing, you must also specify the binding method.

Default: [Off]

  • Off

  • Long Edge Bind

  • Short Edge Bind

Blank Page Print

You can specify whether or not to print blank pages.

Default: [On]

  • On

  • Off

Data Format

You can select the data format from Binary Data or TBCP.

When binary data is sent from the printer driver when the printer is working with a USB connection, the print job is canceled.

Default: [Binary Data]

  • Binary Data

  • TBCP

When an Ethernet connection is used, the print job is canceled if:

  • The printer driver data format is TBCP and the data format selected using the control panel is Binary Data.

  • The printer driver data format is binary and the data format selected using the control panel is TBCP.

Resolution

You can set the print resolution in dots per inch.

Default: [600 dpi]

  • 600 dpi

  • 1200dpi
