Changing order of registered names

1Press the [User Tools] key, and then display the [Administrator Tools] screen.

2Change the order of registered users.

[Address Book: Change Order] [All Users] or [User Code] Press the name key to be moved Press the name key of the destination

You can also specify the name key to be moved and the destination by pressing [Reg. No.] and entering the registered numbers.

Note

  • You can rearrange the order of the names on the same tab, but names cannot be moved across different tabs. For example, you cannot move a name registered under the [Frequent] tab to the [AB] tab.
