1Press [Job Reset] Select [Current] or [All Jobs] [Yes]

Press [Current] to cancel the current print job, or [All Jobs] to cancel all jobs.

SP 4520DN

1On the [Printer] screen, cancel print jobs.

[Job Reset] or the [Suspend] key [Cancl Printg] or [Cancel All] [Yes]

Note

  • When a short period of time is specified for [I/O Timeout], a large print job may be interrupted and divided into several parts. Because of this, printing may resume from the middle of the job even if you cancel printing. In this case, set [I/O Timeout] to a larger value to prevent data interruption. For details, see:

  • To stop a large print job, cancel the print job on the client computer in addition to pressing the [Job Reset] key on the control panel.
