Checking the Number of Files That You Can Send by Memory Transmission

You can check the number of files that you can send by Memory Transmission and save in memory as standby files.

The number you can check here includes the number of received and stored documents and documents received by SEP Code Reception.

1Press [Comm. Status/Print].

2Press [Down arrow key], and then press [Remng No.of Jb that can Snd by Mmry TX].

3Check the number of files.

4Press [Exit] twice.

Note

  • Memory Transmission is disabled if either [Remaing. No. of Dests. that can be Added] or [Remng No.of Jb that can Snd by Mmry TX] becomes 0.

  • While the [Remng No.of Jb that can Snd by Mmry TX] screen is open, the number on the screen is not updated even if the actual number of files changes. To check the latest number of files, close the screen, and then reopen it to try again.
