Do not place devices that generate noise, such as projectors or computers, near the machine.
When using the machine in a room where sound is easily reflected, avoid speaking loudly to minimize echoes.
Make sure there is sufficient space between this machine and the wall.
Keep this machine away enough from the other party's device, for example, when the other party's voice can be heard directly instead of through a speaker.
Do not move the machine during a meeting.
Do not connect or disconnect an audio input or output device while making or receiving a call, or while holding a meeting.
When using a digital audio input/output device, keep it away from the air outlet of the machine. Placing a digital audio input/output device too close to the air outlet can cause the audio quality to deteriorate.
If you plan to use an audio input/output device, see the manual for details about how to use the device.
