• No.

  The file number is shown.

• Time

  The time when the file was stored in memory is displayed.

• Mode

  The mode adopted for a transmission is displayed.

• Destination

  The destination name is shown.

• Pg(s)

  The total number of faxed pages is displayed. If the total number of pages exceeds 999, "*** pages" is shown.

• Result

  The transmission result is displayed.

• Page(s) not sent

  The number of the page(s) not sent is displayed.
