iWnn IME settings

• Select Language

  Select the input language for iWnn IME.

  • Chinese (China)

  • Chinese (Taiwan)

  • Japanese

• Sound on Key Press

  Specify whether or not key operations produce a beep.

  Default: [OFF]

• Key Preview

  Specify whether or not to enable key pop-up displays when you press keys.

  Default: [ON]

• Auto Capitalization

  Specify whether or not to capitalize the first character of sentences automatically. This function is available when you type letters of the alphabet.

  Default: [ON]

• Keyboard Type

  Select the keyboard type. This setting is available when you select [Japanese] in [Select Language].

  • 10-Key Keyboard

  • QWERTY Keyboard

  • Last Used Keyboard

  • Setting for Each Input Mode

The following settings are available when you select [Japanese] in [Select Language].

• Flick Input

  Specify whether or not to enable flick input.

  Default: [ON]

• Flick Sensitivity

  Adjust the flick sensitivity.

• Toggle Input

  Specify whether or not to enable toggle input.

  Default: [ON]

• Auto Cursor Movement

  Select the speed for the auto cursor movement when you use the toggle input.

  Default: [Normal]

• Word Prediction

  Specify whether or not to display predicted input candidates when you type.

  Default: [ON]

• Typing Error Correction

  Specify whether or not to display input candidates to correct typing errors. This function is available when you type letters of the alphabet.

  Default: [ON]

• Wildcard Prediction

  Specify whether or not to display predicted input candidates by specifying text string.

  Default: [ON]

• Lines of Candidate Area

  Specify the number of lines of input candidates to display.

  Default: [1]
