Stored Print

You can store a document in the printer, and print them later using the control panel or from Web Image Monitor.

1Open the document to print.

2Select [Print] or [Print...] from the [File] menu.

3When using Mac OS X 10.7, select the printer you are using in the [Printer:] pop-up menu.

4Click [Job Log] from the pop-up menu.

5Click [Stored Print] from the [Job Type:] pop-up menu.

6Enter user ID in the [User ID:] box using up to eight alphanumeric characters.

You can add a name to the store document using up to 16 alphanumeric characters. You can set a password for the store document using four to eight digits.

7Print the document using the print function in the document's native application.

The document is not printed at this time, but is instead stored in the printer.

8Print the document using the control panel.
