You can first print one set of a print job, and then check the output to make sure the print settings are correct. If the result is satisfactory, specify the number of remaining sets to print using the control panel or Web Image Monitor.
Open the document to print.
Select [Print] or [Print...] from the [File] menu.
When using Mac OS X 10.7, select the printer you are using in the [Printer:] pop-up menu.
Click [Job Log] from the pop-up menu.
Click [Sample Print] from the [Job Type:] pop-up menu.
Enter user ID in the [User ID:] box using up to eight alphanumeric characters.
Set the number of copies to two or more, and then start the printing.
One set of the document will be printed.
Specify the number of copies to print using the control panel, and print the document.
