Registering User Information

Register user information including their names.

Registering user information is useful for selecting e-mail or folder destinations.

On Type 1, 2 and 3 machines, you can register up to 2,000 names and search for a user by his or her registered name, user code, folder name, or e-mail address. You can also use the Document Server function.

On Type 4 and 5 machines, you can register up to 1,000 names and search for a user by his or her registered name or user code.
