Copying onto OHP Transparencies

Important

  • Usually only one side of OHP transparencies can be used for printing. Be sure to load them with the print side down.

  • The Duplex function cannot be used with OHP transparencies. If the Duplex function is specified, press [1 sided 2 sided:TtoT] to cancel the setting.

1Load the paper face up in the bypass tray.

The bypass tray (Operation panel screen illustration) is automatically selected.

2Press the [Sharp] key.

3Press [Paper Size].

4Specify the paper size, and then press [OK].

5Press [Paper Type].

6Press [OHP (Transparency)], and then press [OK] twice.

7Place the originals, and then press the [Start] key.

Note

  • When copying onto OHP transparencies, remove copied sheets one by one.

  • You cannot have copies delivered face down.

  • For details about the sizes of OHP transparencies that can be used, see "Recommended Paper Sizes and Types", Paper Specifications and Adding Paper.

  • You can also load OHP transparencies into the paper trays and make copies on it. Be sure to specify the paper type under [Tray Paper Settings] in User Tools. For details, see "Tray Paper Settings", Connecting the Machine/ System Settings.
