Sending Received Fax Documents or Scanned Files to a Shared Folder Directly

After registering a path name, user name and password, you can access a shared folder simply by selecting the destination shown on the initial facsimile display whenever sending files using the facsimile function to a shared folder. You can also access a shared folder by selecting the destination shown on the initial scanner display whenever sending files using the scanner function.
