Valid Access

After creating a document, open the [Printing Preferences] dialog box in the document's native application.

Click the [Valid Access] tab.

Set the convenient print functions.

• To specify a classification code, enter the code in the "Classification Code:" box.

• To set the banner page function, select the [Print Banner Page] check box.

Change any other print settings as necessary. For details, see the printer driver Help.

Click [OK].

Start printing from the application's [Print] dialog box.
