After creating a document, open the [Printing Preferences] dialog box in the document's native application.

Click the [Detailed Settings] tab.
In the "Menu:" box, click the [Edit] icon.
Set the convenient print functions.
To set the combine printing function, select the combination pattern in the "Layout:" list, and then specify the method for combining pages in the "Page Order:" list.
To set the duplex printing function, select the method for binding the output pages in the "2 sided:" list.
To set the booklet printing function, select [Off] in the "2 sided:" list, and then select [Magazine] in the "Booklet:" list.
To set the poster function using the PCL 6 printer driver, select [Off] in the "2 sided:" list, and then select the layout in the "Poster:" list.
Change any other print settings as necessary. For details, see the printer driver Help.
Click [OK].
Start printing from the application's [Print] dialog box.
