Job Setup

1After creating a document, open the [Printing Preferences] dialog box in the document's native application.

For details about displaying the [Printing Preferences] dialog box, see Displaying the Printing Preferences dialog box in an application.

2Click the [Detailed Settings] tab.

3In the "Menu:" box, click the [Job Setup] icon.

4Set the convenient print functions.

  • To specify a classification code using the PCL 6 printer driver, enter the code in the "Classification Code:" box.

Change any other print settings as necessary. For details, see the printer driver Help.

5Click [OK].

6Start printing from the application's [Print] dialog box.
