After creating a document, open the [Printing Preferences] dialog box in the document's native application.

Click the [Watermarks] tab.
Set the convenient print functions.
To set the watermarks function, select a watermark in the "Watermark" list. For details about editing watermarks, see the printer driver Help.
Change any other print settings as necessary. For details, see the printer driver Help.
Click [OK].
Start printing from the application's [Print] dialog box.
