After creating a document, open the [Printing Preferences] dialog box in the document's native application.

Click the [Detailed Settings] tab.
In the "Menu:" box, click the [Paper] icon.
Set the convenient print functions.
To set the front cover function using the PCL 6 printer driver, select the [Front Cover] check box.
To set the front and back cover function using the PCL 6 printer driver, select the [Front Cover] check box, and then select the [Back Cover] check box.
To set the slip sheet function using the PCL 6 printer driver, select the [Slip Sheet] check box.
To set the chaptering function using the PCL 6 printer driver, select the [Chapter Page] check box.
To set the banner page function, select the [Banner Page] check box.
Change any other print settings as necessary. For details, see the printer driver Help.
Click [OK].
Start printing from the application's [Print] dialog box.
