Printing the remaining sets of the document

Important

  • When printing is completed, the stored file will be deleted.

1Press the [Home] key on the top left of the control panel, and press the [Printer] icon on the [Home] screen.

2Press the [Print Jobs] tab.

3Press [Sample Print Job].

4Select the files you want to print.

You can select all the Sample Print files at once by pressing [Select All Jobs] after selecting a file.

5Press [Print].

6To change the print settings of the document, press [Detailed Settings].

For details about the settings that can be configured, see Settings that Can Be Configured on the Control Panel.

7Enter the number of copies using the number keys if necessary, and then press [Print].

Note

  • If you select multiple documents and do not specify the number of sets on the confirmation screen, one set less than the number specified on the computer is printed for every selected document. If the number of sets specified on the computer is "1", one set each is printed for every document.

  • If you enter the number of sets on this screen, the entered number of sets will be printed for all of the selected documents.

  • To stop printing after printing has started, press [Exit] until the printer screen appears, and then press [Job Reset] or the [Stop] key. The file will be deleted.
