• Tray 1 Ppr Size

  指定紙匣1的紙張尺寸。

  預設值：A4

  • A4、 8 1/2 x 11、5 1/2 x 8 1/2、7 1/4 x 10 1/2、8 x 13、8 1/2 x 13、8 1/4 x 13、16K、Custom Size、 B5 JIS、A5、B6 JIS、 A6、8 1/2 x 14

• Tray 2 Ppr Size

  指定紙匣2的紙張尺寸。

  這個設定只會在安裝了選配的進紙單元時才會出現。

  預設值：A4

  • A4、8 1/2 x 11、B5 JIS、A5、8 1/2 x 14、5 1/2 x 8 1/2

• Bypass Ppr Size

  指定手送台的紙張尺寸。

  預設值：A4

  • A4、8 1/2 x 11、5 1/2 x 8 1/2、7 1/4 x 10 1/2、16K、Custom Size、4 1/8 x 9 1/2、3 7/8 x 7 1/2, C5 Env, C6 Env, DL Env、B5 JIS、A5、B6 JIS、A6、8 1/2 x 14

• Tray 2

  指定紙匣2的紙張種類。

  這個設定只會在安裝了選配的進紙單元時才會出現。

  預設值：Plain Paper

  • Plain Paper、Recycled Paper、Color Paper、Preprinted、Prepunched、Letterhead、Thin Paper、Thick Paper 1

• Bypass Tray

  指定手送台的紙張種類。

  預設值：Plain Paper

  • Plain Paper、Recycled Paper、Color Paper、Preprinted、Prepunched、Letterhead、Bond Paper、Cardstock、Label Paper、OHP、Envelope、Thin Paper、Thick Paper 1、Thick Paper 2

指定將紙匣設定為自動選擇時，印表機先檢查紙張可用於工作的紙匣。

若有多個紙匣包含有效紙張，機器將會使用第一個找到的紙匣進行列印，而當該紙匣紙張用盡時，機器會自動切換至下一個紙匣，以繼續進行列印。

Tray 2只有在安裝了選配的進紙單元才會出現。

預設值：Tray 1

指定如何處理使用手送台的列印工作。

預設值：Machine Setting

• Machine Setting

  印表機會根據印表機的設定，列印所有列印工作。

  如果印表機與印表機驅動程式的紙張尺寸／種類設定不相符，將會發生錯誤。

• Any Size/Type

  印表機會根據印表機驅動程式的設定，列印所有列印工作。

  即使印表機與印表機驅動程式的紙張尺寸／種類設定不相符，仍會繼續列印。但是，如果列印工作的紙張太小，列印的影像會被裁切。

• Any Custom S/T

  印表機會根據印表機驅動程式的設定，列印自訂尺寸的列印工作，並根據印表機的設定，列印標準尺寸的列印工作。

  若是自訂尺寸的列印工作，即使印表機與印表機驅動程式的紙張尺寸／種類設定不相符，仍會繼續列印。但是，如果列印工作的紙張太小，列印的影像會被裁切。

  若是標準尺寸的列印工作，如果印表機與印表機驅動程式的紙張尺寸／種類設定不相符，將會發生錯誤。
