  1. [User Tools] key (Illustration of User Tools key icon)

    Press to change the default settings to meet your requirements.

  2. [Online] key (Illustration of On Line key icon)

    Press to allow data on a computer to be printed on this printer (online status).

    When the Auto Online indicator is lit, the printer will automatically enter the online status when receiving data from a computer without having to press the [Online] key.

  3. [Auto Online] key (Illustration of Auto On Line key icon)

    Press to select whether the printer automatically switches to Online mode when it receives data from a computer.

    When pressing this key to turn on Auto Online, the indicator will light. Then, when data from a computer is received, the printer will automatically enter the online status (In this case, it is not necessary to press the [Online] key).

  4. Display Panel

    Shows operation status, error messages, and function menus.

  5. [Left arrow key] or [Right arrow key] key

    Use to select items on the display panel.

  6. [Proof] key (Illustration of Proof key icon)

    Press to make proof prints.

  7. [Auto Cycle] key (Illustration of Auto Cycle key icon)

    Press to make masters and prints in a single operation.

  8. [Print] mode select key (Illustration of Print key icon)

    Press to select the print mode.

  9. [Master Making] mode select key (Illustration of Master Making mode select key icon)

    Press to select the master making mode.

  10. [Start] key (Illustration of Make Master key icon)

    Press to start making masters or printing.

  11. [Clear/Stop] key (Illustration of Clear/Stop key icon)

    Press to delete a number entered or to stop printing.

  12. Number keys

    Press to enter the desired number of prints and data for selected modes.

  13. [Job Reset] key (Illustration of Job Reset key icon)

    Press this to stop job reception, processing, or printing plate creation.

  14. Data In indicator (Illustration of Data In indicator - Green)

    Indicates the status of this printer:

    • On: Data waiting for master making and printing is in the printer.

    • Blinking: Data is being received, or master making or printing is in progress.

    • Off: Master making and printing are completed.

  15. Error indicator (Illustration of Error indicator - Red)

    Indicates the status of this printer:

    • On: An error has occurred. Master making and printing stops.

    • Off: Normal status
