Orientation of the Original

You can specify the orientation of the original.

When using the ADF, place it face up.When using the exposure glass, place the original face down.

Note

  • If your original contains bold letters or solid images at the leading edge, the edges of the print may be dirty. In this case, place the original face down on the exposure glass, with the original's widest margin toward the paper delivery tray.
