This section explains how you can check the machine's status and the items displayed. Depending on the options installed on the machine, some items might not be displayed.
UNIX: Use the "stat" parameter and the "rsh", "rcp", "ftp", and "sftp" commands. "rsh" and "rcp" cannot be used in a Windows environment.
telnet: Use the "status" command.

An error has occurred in the parallel interface. |

An error has occurred in the page description language. |
Error: Rem. Certificate Renewal |
An error has occurred in the remote server renewal. |
Error: USB Interface |
An error has occurred in the USB interface. |
Error: Wireless Board |
An error has occurred in the Wireless LAN interface unit or the Bluetooth interface unit. |
Error: Wireless Card |
The Wireless LAN interface unit or the Bluetooth interface unit is taken out after startup. |
Hex Dump Mode |
It is a hex dump mode. |
In Use: Input Tray |
Other functions is using the input tray. |
Jobs Suspended |
All jobs are suspended. |
Key Card not inserted |
The machine is waiting for key card to be inserted. |
Key Counter not inserted |
The machine is waiting for key counter to be left in it. |
Low: Toner |
The toner cartridge is not set correctly, or toner is almost running out. |
Mismatch: Paper Size |
Indicated paper tray does not contain paper of selected size. |
Mismatch: Paper Size and Type |
Indicated paper tray does not contain paper of selected size and type. |
Mismatch: Paper Type |
Indicated paper tray does not contain paper of selected type. |
No Paper: Selected Tray |
There is no paper in specified tray. |
Not Detected: Input Tray |
The paper feed tray is not correctly set. |
Not Detected: PCU (K) |
The photoconductor unit (black) is not correctly set. |
Offline |
Machine is offline. |
Paper Misfeed: Input Tray |
The paper has jammed in the input tray. |
Printing... |
Printing is in progress. |
Proxy User/Password Incorrect |
The proxy user name and/or password setting is incorrect. |
RC Gate Connection Error |
RC Gate communication error has occurred. |
Ready |
The machine is ready to print. |
Renewing Remote Certificate |
The remote certificate is being renewed. |
Replace PCU |
It is time to replace the photoconductor unit. |
SD Card Authentication failed |
SD card authentication failed. |
Supplies Order Call failed |
The supply order call has failed. |
