Copying onto Thick Paper

Important

  • The Duplex function cannot be used if you use Thick Paper. If the Duplex function is specified, press [1 Sided 2 Sided:TtoT] to cancel the setting.

Select [Thick Paper] if the paper weight is 106–157 g/m2 (28–40 lb. Bond).

1Load the paper face down in the bypass tray.

The bypass tray () is automatically selected.

2Press the [Sharp] key.

3Press [Paper Size].

4Specify the paper size, and then press [OK].

5Press [Paper Type].

6Press [Thick Paper], and then press [OK] twice.

7Place the originals, and then press the [Start] key.
