With an optional finisher and punch unit attached, holes can be punched into printed outputs.
When using the PCL 6 printer driver, Punch can be specified in the [Finishing] menu on the [Detailed Settings] tab. When using the PCL 5c/5e printer driver, it can be specified in the [Setup] tab. For printing methods, see the printer driver Help.
Make option settings for the machine using the printer driver when bidirectional communication is disabled. For details, see "Making Option Settings for the Printer", Driver Installation Guide.
Be sure to set the paper size and paper orientation in the printer driver when using this function.
