Authorized Reception per Sender

This section describes how to specify Authorized Reception when registering a special sender.

You must select "On" for "Authorized Reception" in "Initial Set Up" in advance.

Press [Authorized Reception per Sender].

Press [On] or [Off], and then press [OK].

Using the Parameter Setting (Switch 08, Bit 2), you can specify whether to receive documents from specified senders only or receive all documents except from specified senders. See Parameter Settings .
