Collate

Use this function to enable collation. With this feature, the machine can efficiently print collated sets of multiple-page documents.

The following table shows where you can select this function.

Windows	Set the number of copies to two or more on the [Basic] menu, and then select [On] or [Off] on the [Collate:] list on the [Finishing] menu in the [Printing Preferences] dialog box.
Mac OS X	Check the [Collated] check box in the printer dialog box.
